Questions
What's free, and what does the first home cost?
Everything the app makes on the phone is free: the 360° photo tour, the floor plan with room sizes and measurements, and one shared link at a time with a small "Made with SnapTerra" mark. Your first walkable 3D home (made on our computers) is $9, any size up to 7,500 sq ft, one per agent's iPhone. Subscribe within 14 days and the $9 comes back as a home credit. Signed up through another agent's referral link? Your first 3D home is free.
Can I put it on the MLS?
Yes. Every tour has an unbranded link with no agent details for the MLS's virtual tour field, a branded link for your website and social posts, and embed codes for both.
Who checks the tours?
Our computers do, automatically, before anything goes online: the 3D model's picture quality (only a broken model is held; a weaker one goes online and you see its score), a privacy check that looks for people, faces, documents and screens (it blurs what it can and holds a tour it can't clean up), and a check for explicit content. A tour that doesn't pass is held with a plain reason: rescan it, or ask us to remake it when the model is the problem. Anyone viewing a tour can also report it.
What does Pro include?
3 homes a month for $49 (unused homes roll over a month), extra homes from $17, your logo and colors on branded links, a buyer contact form and view counts.
Where do I pay?
In the SnapTerra iPhone app, through Apple: homes (your first one $9) and the Essentials and Pro plans. What you buy there counts here on the website too, and Apple handles the receipts, renewals and refunds. Builder and Team plans and credit packs are coming soon.
What happens if I cancel?
Nothing disappears. Every tour you paid for stays online at least 12 months from its purchase, and you can download the complete tour folder any time to host it anywhere.
Can you scan the home for me?
Not at launch. SnapTerra is made for agents and builders to scan themselves; the coach in the app walks you through every room.
Is the floor plan accurate enough to list square footage?
Floor plans are measured by the phone's LiDAR and labeled that way. Call it measured interior area, not official square footage, and check anything that matters with a tape.
