Which iPhone scans homes
Scanning needs an iPhone Pro with a LiDAR scanner (iPhone 12 Pro or a later Pro model). On any iPhone you can still open tours.
Subscriptions and purchases in the app
Apple bills what you buy in the SnapTerra iPhone app. To change or cancel a subscription, open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. To ask for a refund of an App Store purchase, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Closing your account
In the app: Settings, tap your account, then Delete Account. On this website: your account page, then Close your account. Your tours go offline at once, and after 7 days the account is deleted for good, unless you keep it with the link we email you. Closing the account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription: cancel it in your iPhone's Settings.
